We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to build a best-in-class talent acquisition process. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and deliver top talent. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline activity, and market trends. Promote the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, career fairs, and community outreach. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking strategies. Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
