Fire & Life Safety Consultant

As a Fire & Life Safety Consultant for Kitchen Guard, you'll play a key role in ensuring safety and compliance for commercial kitchens. This position combines technical fieldwork with outside sales to promote our mandated fire safety services.

Primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business within target markets, conducting presentations and demos to promote services, building and maintaining relationships with clients and decision-makers, developing and presenting proposals with pricing and timelines, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, conducting onsite inspections and providing tailored safety solutions, staying current on industry trends and standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and supporting the safe installation and maintenance of fire safety systems.

Qualifications include B2B sales experience (fire/life safety or restaurant industry preferred), strong communication and presentation skills, comfort working on rooftops and around grease, self-starter with solid time management and organizational skills, tech-savvy and able to adapt to new tools and systems, and a positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred qualifications include a background in commercial services or related fields, relevant certifications in fire safety or sales, and a degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, or Business.

Physical requirements include comfort working at heights and on rooftops, and the ability to lift 40+ lbs and use ladders.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
