About the Position

Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: RN Surgery Specialty: RN Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years in a busy OR department License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, DCI/BVP required Must-Have: OR experience is a must. Epic experience is a must. On-call requirement: one night every 2 weeks and one weekend every 6 weeks. Workday hours may extend depending on case load. Five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with on-call required. Description: The department performs open heart surgeries, multiple medical, and orthopedic surgeries among all surgical cases. All mandatory requirements must be met. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should be adaptable to changes in workload and scheduling. Teamwork and effective communication are crucial in our busy OR department.
