Department: 01220 GCMG MMG: Steele Creek - Internal Medicine Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Location: Atrium Health Primary Care Internal Medicine Steele Creek, 13640 Steelecroft Pkwy., Suite 320, Charlotte, NC Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards. Utilize evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and deliver the best patient experience. Act as a flow‑triage nurse, evaluating patients upon arrival and determining appropriate disposition. Cover provider duties when needed, supporting the care team and maintaining continuity of care. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state in which the nurse practices. BLS certification (required). BSN preferred. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred, with internal medicine experience preferred.
