We’re looking for a Membership Manager to help drive growth, lead the customer experience, and support daily studio operations at our Greenwich location. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sales, coaching a team, building relationships in the community, and creating an exceptional member experience from first interaction through long-term retention. What You’ll Do Drive membership sales through consultative conversations and relationship building Lead the front-end member experience and ensure exceptional hospitality Support day-to-day studio operations and team accountability Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members through calls, texts, and email Help execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives Monitor studio performance metrics and work toward growth goals Collaborate with leadership to build a positive, high-performing culture What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Leadership or management experience is a plus Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or helping people feel their best Compensation & Perks $18–$20/hour based on experience Commission opportunities Growth and advancement potential Positive, energetic team environment Complimentary wellness/fitness benefits If you’re someone who can build relationships, inspire a team, and create an outstanding member experience, we’d love to connect.
