Delivery Associate

Job Overview AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company that supports patients with complex, chronic needs across the United States. The Delivery Associate will work along the conveyor to ensure accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments and support receiving activities. Schedule Full‑time; 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday–Friday. Employees may be required to work outside normal business hours on an ad‑hoc basis. Responsibilities Process outgoing patient orders through the sorter. Process outgoing patient orders at the manual manifest station. Maintain accuracy and efficiency of outgoing patient orders. Receive incoming shipments from various carriers. Organize daily outgoing orders for appropriate carriers. Communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues. Embodies AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum age 18 years. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and use a pallet jack and scissor lift. Strong attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills. Proficiency with multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders. High level of confidentiality and strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion to help people and enrich their lives. Physical Demands Stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and fingers handling medications and operating equipment. Heavy lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity for reading prescription labels, reports, and computer screens. May require bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $27–$33 per hour, based on experience.
