About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Industrials investment banking team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution of M&A transactions and capital markets engagements, as well as in the management of deal teams and the development of client relationships. This role demands a professional with a strong background in industrials, including a significant focus on M&A and/or capital markets, and a proven track record in leading and mentoring junior team members. The VP will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of deals, from financial modeling and valuation to the preparation of client-facing materials. They will also be expected to contribute to business development efforts and have the commercial acumen to support the continued growth of the Industrials platform. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 6-9 years of full-time investment banking experience, with a substantial portion dedicated to industrials. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA is a plus. The role calls for a candidate with a strong technical foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring, as well as excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. The VP will be at the forefront of the firm's client interactions, including with C-suite executives, and must be adept at driving transactions to a successful close.
