Production Operators Starting Hourly Wage Ranges from $28.14 - $35.51 Primary Duties The primary duties are varied based on the department assigned. Assignments are based on experience and current company demand. Potential positions include VIM/VAR Operator, VIM/VAR Helper, Saw Operator, Grinder Operator, Material Handler, Annealing Operator, I‑Lab Operator, IUT Operator Takes personal ownership for working safely and motivates others to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to work steady or rotating shifts Ability to work overtime, including weekends Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment is preferable, but not required Selected applicants will be required to pass a basic skills assessment.
