Job Summary
- 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL drivers based in the Asheville, NC area. The position offers consistent miles, newer equipment, reliable home time, and comprehensive support both on the road and at home.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days of employment.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Route & Equipment
- Regional lanes east of I‑35 with a predictable schedule and weekly home time; guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models; strict no slip‑seating policy.
- Driver comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no‑touch freight; drop‑and‑hook operations.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Training — Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
