Location: Asheville, NC (operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor, east of I‑35)

Job Summary

365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL drivers based in the Asheville, NC area. The position offers consistent miles, newer equipment, reliable home time, and comprehensive support both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).
Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days of employment.
Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Route & Equipment

Regional lanes east of I‑35 with a predictable schedule and weekly home time; guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models; strict no slip‑seating policy.
Driver comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
Freight type: 100% no‑touch freight; drop‑and‑hook operations.
Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT Medical Card.
Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
Training — Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.

The company provides 100% paid practical miles and secure terminal parking.
