Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Afternoon in Bordentown, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a manufacturing and industrial location.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support site policies related to deliveries, contractors, and restricted areas.
• Observe operational areas for hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy concerns, then report security-related matters and assist with follow-up actions as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
