Strategy & Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer to translate marketing and transformation priorities into clear plans, decisions, timelines, owners, and follow-through. Manage the operating rhythm of the team, including leadership meetings, business reviews, goal and KPI tracking, planning cycles, progress updates, and executive decision forums. Design and execute medium to large cross-functional project plans--ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets are clear and actively managed. Anticipate downstream impacts early; escalade thoughtfully and help teams remove barriers before momentum slows. Develop concise, compelling narratives, executive decks, updates, and talking points that communicate strategy, progress, decisions, and business impact. Champion the use of AI across the team--acting as an early adopter and power user of emerging AI tools to improve productivity and elevate work quality. Share best practices and coach to help build a culture of continuous learning. Drive associate engagement and culture initiatives, analyzing employee feedback to strengthen a culture of learning, recognition and camaraderie. Build and maintain key project documentation, integrated calendars, status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and follow-up mechanisms that keep leaders and stakeholders aligned. Strengthen budget discipline by partnering with Marketing and Finance leaders on planning, tracking, forecasting, reporting, variance management, and decision support.
