Service Associate

Our client, Autonomous Vehicle Technology , is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1 , you will be part of the Base Operations (BaseOps) department supporting Mission Readiness, Vehicle Operations, and Parts & Inventory teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , a sense of urgency , and the ability to work effectively in a team environment , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Associate

Location: Miami, FL

Pay Range: $25/hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform daily upkeep of vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, and readiness checks

• Support mission preparation by launching software, verifying configurations, and capturing data

• Provide logistical support for vehicle, equipment, and spare parts movement and storage

• Assist with documentation and paperwork related to vehicle readiness and compliance

• Support vehicle testing operations, including pre-mission activities and traffic control

What’s Needed?

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in high-pressure situations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-first mindset
