Operations Manager

Location: Memphis, TN Work Arrangements: 100% on-site • Willing to flex work schedule to meet business needs (off shift, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.) • Willing to travel for Factory Acceptance Tests (Travel may include domestic or international travel, typically 1-2 times per year)

In this role you will:

• Develop an expert level understanding of the manufacturing process, mechanics, instrumentation, and product specifications of your designated line/area; provide technical support to the line/area teams. Coach engineers/operating teams and leadership to root cause identification and elimination of losses.
• Enhance overall safety, quality, and productivity by eliminating defects, identifying, and executing loss saving initiatives, and building capability in the operating teams
• Owner of the Commissioning, Qualification and Verification (CQV) process for new projects. Function as single point of contact and key organizational leader between engineering and operations team to ensure full involvement during project execution and seamless transition during turnover to operations
• Address gaps in line/area performance through the implementation and effective coaching of company's Continuous Improvement methodologies while fostering a zero-loss culture.
