Primary Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions: Adhere to laws and company policy pertaining to the service of alcohol. Communicate effectively with customers and help with their food and beverage selection. Professional and enthusiastic attitude. Execute orders. Ensure cleanliness of bar area, set up, and stock bar for start of shift. Gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and be enthusiastic about our offerings. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least 21 years of age At least 2 years bartending experience required. High‑volume corporate experience is a plus. Keen awareness of guest environment and needs. Expert liquor, beer, and wine knowledge. Strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge Ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced work environment. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, fellow team members, and management to provide exceptional guest service. Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends. Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location. Must Be/Have: Outgoing and full of energy. Polite and patient. Satisfaction focused. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects and tool controls. Must be able to work in areas of loud noise. Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry. Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens (peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish) Extended periods of standing and walking to different parts of the restaurant at different levels. Fast paced hands on position. Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is maintained at a low level.
