Assistant Store Manager- New Belfast Store

Overview EZ Living Furniture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new Belfast Store. We are a family-run Irish retailer with a nationwide presence and a full online shopping experience. We are the largest independent furniture retailer in Ireland, employing over 350 people. Role Assistant Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to join and lead our dynamic team in the new Belfast Store. The successful candidate will support a team of sales staff to reach and exceed personal and company targets, while ensuring day-to-day activities for the smooth running and development of the store are completed. The role requires a proven sales ability, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver a first-rate customer experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example. Continuously communicate with and motivate the team. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments. Continuously coach the team to ensure product knowledge, company policies and brand values are reviewed and applied. Lead people-management activities, working in liaison with HR and senior management. Complete regular reports for senior management.
