Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Country Lane Manor
Position Type: PT and PRN
Country Lane Manor is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We offer newly negotiated pay rates, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Available ShiftsPT 6a-6p every other weekend
PRN
New Competitive Pay Rates – Up to $35/hour
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$4.00/hour
Nights: +$2.00/hour
Weekends: +$3.00/hour

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical tasks

Active LPN license
Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
Strong communication and teamwork skills
