How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care that aligns with high clinical standards to ensure optimal patient safety and exceptional health outcomes.

• Assess, track, and advocate for patient condition changes in real time, communicating critical updates seamlessly across the multidisciplinary team to ensure responsive, unified care.

• Orchestrate cross-functional care efforts by serving as the primary liaison between physicians, specialists, and support staff to drive a holistic treatment strategy.

• Execute complex physician and nursing orders with precision, turning medical strategies into daily, compassionate bedside actions.

• Design proactive discharge plans in collaboration with care teams and families to empower smooth transitions home and reduce hospital readmissions.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
