Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Key Customer Accounts (hybrid)

Location: Windsor Locks, CT, United States Overview Power and Controls Senior Manager, Supply Chain Key Customer Accounts supports Production Assurance & Program Health efforts for Electric Power Systems, Airframe & Environmental Controls, and Engine Control Systems. The role involves proposal support, rate ramps, obsolescence, supply chain health, block changes, new product incorporation, risk management, supply investments, capacity, and customer initiatives. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may work in a hybrid setting at any Collins Aerospace U.S. location. Responsibilities Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to develop and execute Material Strategies that support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives. Lead by influence in a matrixed organization. Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status, material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans. Support customer proposals by generating Supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFPs / RFQs) and labor basis of estimates (BOEs). Support supplier negotiations and PO placement as needed to meet program cost and schedule objectives. Manage key KPIs and drive overall customer/platform health. Own the supplier management process, including Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, metrics, international issues, and support/ evaluate make/buy strategy. Communicate customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. Resolve issues and conflicts within organizations, between organizations, and with suppliers. Support MRP scheduling and Master Data requests. Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. 7+ years experience in supply chain. 7+ years experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), SAP/Prism ERP systems, proposals, subcontracts, and program metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience in operations or program management. Experience with Microsoft Office. Cross‑functional experience with extensive knowledge in supply chain management. Advanced Supply Chain Planning tool experience (e.g., SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis, MFT, ROMS). Experience with proposals or material estimating. MPM Level4 (or higher) Certification.
