The role requires superior skills in strategy, commercial negotiation, and executive communication, as well as a proven track record in influencing senior external stakeholders and managing multimillion-dollar client relationships. The VP, Group Account Director will be accountable for the financial performance of a significant book of business, defining fiscal targets, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Organizational influence and excellence are also essential, as the role involves engaging with senior leadership across all agency departments to optimize service delivery and drive initiatives for scalable growth.
