Caregivers & CNAs Wanted in Scottsdale!

Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH)is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)for in-home care opportunities throughout Scottsdale and nearby communities.

For more than 16 years , VOSH has been trusted by local families to provide dependable, quality care. Now we’re looking for caring professionals who want to join an experienced team and make a difference every day.

Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or a CNA looking for additional hours, we want to hear from you!

What You Can Expect at VOSH

Meaningful work: Help seniors and clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Flexible part-time opportunities: Find shifts that work with your schedule.
Potential for regular clients: Greater availability gives us more opportunities to match you with ongoing shifts.
Higher pay in select areas: Some client locations offer additional hourly earning potential.
Local opportunities: Serve clients in Scottsdale and surrounding communities.
An experienced team: VOSH has been serving local families for 16+ years .

Availability Requirements

Candidates must be able to work at least 20 hours per week and be willing to work every other Saturday OR Sunday.

You must also have availability for at least ONE of the following schedules:

Mornings: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week
Days: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week
Evenings: 2:00 PM–1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week
Overnights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week
Weekends: At least 8 hours Saturday AND 8 hours Sunday

More availability and flexibility can mean more regular shift opportunities!

What You’ll Need

For consideration, applicants must have:

At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Valid driver’s license
Current car insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
Willingness to travel 20+ miles each way to client homes

CNAs: Current CNA certification is required for CNA positions.

Our clients are located throughout Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Being willing to drive 20+ miles each way can give you access to more available shifts and ongoing client opportunities.

Plus, certain areas offer higher hourly pay!
