Job Description

This role is focused on supporting the upcoming AOS surge (Adjustment of status) and will be primarily responsible for reviewing a high-volume of cases.

Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
Broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)

The Successful Applicant

JD or LL.M. from US law school
Admission to US State Bar
Immediate availability
Experience reviewing cases, particularly AOS (adjustment of status cases)
Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful

What’s on Offer
