Why You'll Love Working Here ✔ Flexible PRN schedule ✔ Primarily outpatient pediatrics ✔ Variety of pediatric and adult patients ✔ One-on-one patient care ✔ Newly renovated therapy gym ✔ Collaborative multidisciplinary team ✔ MedBridge Unlimited CEUs (eligible associates) ✔ Therapist-founded and therapist-led organization What You'll Treat You'll primarily work with: Outpatient pediatric speech and language disorders Articulation and phonological disorders Language delays Cognitive-communication disorders Pediatric feeding and swallowing (when applicable) You'll also occasionally assist with: Adult inpatient rehabilitation Swing Bed patients Speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders What You'll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help patients improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment. Responsibilities include: Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult speech-language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based one-on-one therapy Educate patients and caregivers Document care using EMR Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation professionals Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care QualificationsRequired Graduate of a CAA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum one year of outpatient pediatric experience American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Hospital or outpatient rehabilitation experience Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Benefits Depending on eligibility, associates may receive: MedBridge Unlimited CEUs Interactive Home Exercise Program tools 401(k) with investment options Employee Assistance Program Associate Discount Program Professional development resources Why Tx:Team?
