About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant at Rockdale Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication administration and other treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and HIPAA guidelines
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans, prioritizing resident needs and preferences
• Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or special training in healthcare preferred
• 0 years of experience in healthcare; eager to start your career in this rewarding field
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
