We are searching for an Accounting/Title Clerk to join our team. This is a full time position that will be required to work some Saturdays. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:
- Verifies funds are collected, deal funding, processing trade in payoffs, maintaining a system for out of state titles, scanning all deals into the system.
- Completion of wholesale, dealer trade & auction purchases, payments, collections and title processing.
- Processing of warranty cancellations, refunds to customers and lenders
- Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership.
- Lien Completion as needed.
- Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Ensure title documents are promptly and properly completed.
- Monthly reporting to state agencies and vendors as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience at a auto dealership in accounting preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience, or willing to learn (Strong computer skills)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet & Word processing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- Willing to submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid and clean driver's license
