Audit Managers are responsible for managing audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion with our construction industry clients. Successful candidates enjoy working independently and as part of a small remote team. At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $155,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.This is a full time position. Candidates must be located in or near Salt Lake City, Utah. This position requires some travel - mostly the west coast - between February and April.
