Job Summary

Seeking an experienced API Gateway / Kong Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Java, and API Management technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway and API migration activities.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience
Strong experience in:
- Python
- Java
- API Management & Microservices
Hands-on experience with:
- Kong API Gateway
- API Gateway technologies
Experience with:
- API integrations
- Microservices architecture
Kong migration experience is a plus
Strong understanding of:
- API security
- API lifecycle management
- Distributed systems

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway
Support API gateway migration and modernization initiatives
Develop and integrate APIs using Python and Java
Work with microservices-based architectures
Ensure API security, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
