LCSW Clinical Supervisor Trauma-Informed Lead (Evenings/Weekends)

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LCSW-R) to lead and strengthen our OMH outpatient mental health program serving children, adolescents, families, and adults (ages 5+) . The Role In collaboration with the Assistant Director/Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and direct services , ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health care in compliance with OMH Article 31 regulations. This role includes evening and weekend coverage and offers the opportunity to mentor clinicians while remaining clinically engaged. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Program Oversight Provide on-site clinical leadership during evenings and weekends Introduce and implement innovative, evidence-based clinical services Oversee treatment planning, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance Monitor admissions, discharges, treatment plans, and high-risk caseloads Ensure compliance with OMH, HIPAA, and corporate standards Supervision & Team Development Provide weekly individual supervision to clinicians and interns Deliver in-service trainings on regulatory updates and clinical best practices Support peer review, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives Direct Clinical Services Maintain an active caseload and provide clinical coverage as needed Conduct assessments, individual counseling, group facilitation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning Coordinate care with interdisciplinary and community-based partners Crisis & Care Coordination Provide crisis intervention and referrals for psychiatric assessments Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning Complete incident reports and collaborate on critical care decisions Additional Duties Participate in advocacy efforts and rotating on-call coverage Attend continuing education trainings and leadership meetings Perform outreach to reduce loss to follow-up Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work NYS LCSW or LCSW-R required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or outpatient mental health setting Experience providing evidence-based interventions across the lifespan (ages 5+) Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills Comfort working evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience with OMH / Article 31 standards Clinical experience with acute and chronic mental health conditions and/or HIV/AIDS #J-18808-Ljbffr
