CBI Midwest works exclusively with nonprofits, helping them build lasting supporter relationships through real, face-to-face engagement. We're growing our Indianapolis team and looking for driven people ready to learn, perform, and progress.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing nonprofit client campaigns through direct customer engagement
- Building rapport and delivering professional customer experiences
- Communicating campaign information clearly and confidently
- Supporting daily acquisition goals and team performance
- Taking part in daily coaching and skill development

Who We're Looking For

- Available full-time and able to commute to Indianapolis daily
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is useful — but attitude and work ethic matter most.
