Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout the recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Neurological Rehabilitation is designed for patients who have experienced an injury to the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. Individuals with neurological injuries or diseases may have difficulty with movement, speaking, swallowing, breathing, or learning. We offer comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with spinal cord injuries, whether traumatic or non-traumatic. This includes a specialized and coordinated process to improve physical, emotional, and psychological abilities. Our therapists have specialized skills and training to address unique needs associated with brain injuries. We provide consistent and structured rehabilitation to manage physical dysfunction, cognitive impairments, and behavioral issues. Our multidisciplinary team offers specialty care focused on stroke rehabilitation. We aim to help individuals regain function from the physical and psychological effects of a stroke through effective prevention, recognition, assessment, and treatment. We have a multidisciplinary team with specialty training in amputee care. This team provides effective, evidence-based care to help restore strength, confidence, and function for individuals with amputations. Our orthopedic program prepares patients recovering from fractures, dislocations, or joint replacements to transition back to home and community. Objectives are established based on individual needs, including gait training, stair climbing, transfer training, muscle strengthening, endurance, fall safety, and activities of daily living. We are looking for a team player who is adaptable and flexible.
