CAE Engineer II

Responsibilities Support CAE development activities for Auto Powertrains. Responsible for dynamic and/or static, linear and/or nonlinear analysis, thermal analysis, flow dynamics and 1D simulation utilizing CAE tools (GT-suite, Amesim, Matlab/Simulink, etc.). Interpret data, develop and report countermeasures for Powertrain performance, safety and efficiency. Optimize and correlate analyses with real world test results. Develop and optimize CAE methods for improving modeling and analysis efficiency. Communicate issues and to accomplish goals. Analyze and resolve problems with minimal level of guidance and direction. Utilize Excel to create and update project schedules. Travel to client sites. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout U.S.; 5% domestic travel. Telecommuting option – employee must live in OH. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5 years experience or Master’s in Engineering with 3 years experience; 3 years experience with 1D CAE using GT-suite tool and 1 year experience with CAE tools such as Amesim, Matlab/Simulink, etc. Benefits Goken offers a competitive compensation structure and benefits that support professional growth and personal well‑being.
