• Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
• Join experienced physician and advanced practice provider team
• Average 20 - 25 patients per day
• Primary care, occupational health, and DOT visits
• Walk-in patients welcomed
• Family medicine training with occupational medicine required
• MROCC certification required
