- Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
- Join experienced physician and advanced practice provider team
- Average 20 - 25 patients per day
- Primary care, occupational health, and DOT visits
- Walk-in patients welcomed
- Family medicine training with occupational medicine required
- MROCC certification required
- Epic electronic medical records system
- Our services are free for you
