Accounts Payable Specialist

USNR, a leading manufacturer of sawmill equipment with divisions located throughout the U.S. and Canada, is seeking a highly motivated individual to become our next Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Woodland, WA.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Process and route invoices in accordance with established workflows and payment due date schedules
• Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Process high-volume AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding to the correct company
• Processing weekly check runs
• Set up vendors and maintaining W-9's for annual 1099 processing
• Communicate professionally with vendors
• Communicate effectively with Purchasing and other departments to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies

Education/Experience:

• 1 year of Accounting experience required, 3 years preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel required
• Solid understanding of Debits and Credits required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Collaborative team player

Compensation: $24-26/hour DOE
