Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window and Door installer to join our growing business.

With this position you will travel to residential and commercial project sites remove existing windows,doors,frames, and precisely install high-quality replacements. The ideal candidate has basic carpentry or construction experience, excellent problem solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will ensure all installations are structurally sound, weathertight, and flawless.

Qualification:

Previous experience - is highly recommended but will train the right person.

Tool proficiency- solid understanding of safe operation of hand and power tools(e.g. miter saws,drills,levels,tape measures).

Physical Stamina - Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs comfortably work on ladders up to second-story heights in varying weather conditions.

Attention to Detail - precision in measuring and aligning units to ensure seamless operation and structural integrity
