**Experience and Leadership:**- 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty is required (preferred to be within one location but not required).- Previous charge experience is not specified.- At least one reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months is required.**Clinical Experience:**- Experience in specific hospital settings or trauma levels is not specified.**Certifications:**- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required.- Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission.**Licensure:**- Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.**Skills:**- Circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases are required skills.**Additional Requirements:**- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only.- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment passed during orientation are required, with a maximum of two attempts.- Nicotine Free Facility requirements are exempt for Nurses and CSTs.- One job submission at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
