Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, no on-call requirement.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a fast-paced Med Surg Tele unit. This role involves optimizing post-surgical patient care in accordance with surgeon preferences while collaborating within a great team atmosphere. The unit operates with established order sets and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to a diverse patient population in a medical-surgical tele unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Utilize EMR systems effectively, preferably Cerner.
Assist in post-surgical care, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license in Indiana.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
1-2 years of Med Surg Tele experience preferred.
Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted.
