Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekend hours required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions
• Manage a patient caseload with ratios of 1:7, which may extend up to 1:8 based on census
• Utilize the Wellsky electronic health record (EHR) system to document patient care and progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support individualized, intensive rehabilitation plans throughout each patient's recovery journey
• Maintain current BLS certification throughout the duration of the assignment

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related specialty

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Familiarity with the Wellsky EHR platform
• Experience caring for geriatric and adult patient populations with neurological or orthopedic diagnoses
