Position Overview The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital invites applications for the position of Division Director, Pediatric Infectious Diseases. Qualifications Medical or osteopathic degree (M.D., D.O.). Eligibility for appointment to the University of Virginia faculty. Tenure or non‑tenure track at the professor or associate professor rank, as appropriate. Board certification in pediatric infectious diseases. Expected to contribute to clinical service in that subspecialty. Preference for individuals with established laboratory or clinical research programs.
