Lift Truck Operator


We are seeking an experienced Lift Truck Operator to support warehouse and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for moving finished goods, staging materials, loading outbound shipments, and ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Job Duties

• Unload materials and finished products from incoming shuttles and transport vehicles
• Stage finished products in designated warehouse locations for shipment
• Build and prepare pallets according to customer order requirements
• Load trailers and outbound shipments safely and accurately
• Operate stand-up forklift equipment to transport materials throughout the facility
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product organization within the warehouse
• Verify customer orders and ensure shipment accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional material handling and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Crown 5500 series stand-up forklift certification required
• Two or more years of stand-up forklift and material handling experience preferred
• Experience building pallets and staging products for shipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Sunday shifts as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
• Additional or flexible scheduling may be required based on operational needs
