Talascend is currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Reston, Virginia OR Houston, TX . This position works 3 days onsite and 2 days remote for an EPC firm.


Overview


This role involves managing a variety of human resources operations activities, including employee services, data input, and employment administration, to support the organization's HR functions and ensure efficient HR service delivery.


Responsibilities

• Performs human resources operations activities in areas such as employee services, employee data input, and employment administration.
• Interacts with employees to answer and resolve inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, international travel, health, life, disability, retirement, and payroll.
• Assists in administrative tasks including data audits, record keeping, and reporting.
• Monitors the progress of existing human resource programs to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Collects and assembles data for personnel reports.
• Supports process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Processes SAP transactions, employee transactions, and compensation actions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience or a bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
