Your work will make a meaningful impact by helping reduce health disparities and expanding access to vision care as an important part of overall wellness.Performance ObjectivesDeliver exceptional patient-centered eye care services to over 300 patients per month, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye health and vision problems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to integrate vision care with broader health services, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive patient care.Organize and lead community outreach programs aiming to increase awareness and accessibility of eye care services, targeting underserved populations and achieving a 20% increase in patient engagement within the first year.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with policies and applicable state and federal regulations.Utilize advanced optometric tools and technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a 15% improvement in patient outcomes.Actively participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives to stay at the forefront of optometric care and improve service delivery standards.Environment & ResourcesAs an integral part of our team, you will be working in a supportive environment alongside experienced health professionals.
