Enhance your expertise in technical accounting and leadership.Job DescriptionManager – CAS Services OverviewThe Manager – CAS Services role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead client accounting services for a growing consulting firm.This position is remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance for professionals.You will oversee and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and workflow efficiency.Engage directly with clients, managing financial close processes and enhancing client relationships.Provide technical accounting expertise, including GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex transaction guidance.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing internal controls and accounting workflows.Join a team-oriented environment that values proactive leadership and professional growth.Benefit from competitive compensation, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits offered by the client.Manager – CAS Services Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.Lead monthly financial close processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements.Serve as the primary client contact for accounting and financial inquiries.Assess and improve client financial processes and internal controls.Research and resolve complex accounting issues, providing actionable recommendations.Support SEC audit preparations and quarterly/annual reviews.Develop and implement improved accounting workflows and procedures.Provide expertise in GAAP, statutory accounting principles, and specialized areas.Manager – CAS Services Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification strongly preferred.Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience; 10 years preferred.Proven expertise in SEC accounting and GAAP principles.Strong knowledge of debt and equity transactions and reporting requirements.Experience with client engagement management and financial close processes.Ability to mentor and lead accounting teams effectively.Proficiency in assessing and improving financial processes and controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
