Residential HVAC InstallerIsaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Avon, NY team. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clientsInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concernsEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departureSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the jobPerform other duties as assigned by your managerJob Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent requiredEducation/coursework in HVAC preferred2-5+ years of HVAC experience preferredOSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record requiredCompetencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsWhat can we offer you?Competitive base payComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Vacation and Sick TimeOn-the-job trainingUniform and tool allowanceThe starting base range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00/hour.
