Procurement and Operations Specialist

Job Description Support operational purchasing by collecting requirements from operations managers, opening requisitions, and/or coordinating with the Purchasing team to ensure requisitions are submitted. Support vendor communication and coordination. Support P‑Card and T&E expense report processing. Coordinate with facility maintenance vendors. Manage office supplies. Manage and order marketing materials; support trade shows and other events; assist with planning client, executive, and employee events. Handle daily customer and vendor communications by phone and email as needed. Follow up with managers as needed to obtain A/P documents. Assist with onboarding new employees, including building access, badge setup, and orientation coordination. Coordinate internal team meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Associate Degree preferred in Business Administration, accounting or related field. 3 years of experience in admin, purchasing, operations support roles. Experience with vendor coordination, purchase requisitions and Accounts Payable support.
