What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassion, patience, and a student-focused mindset

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in partnership with educators and families
• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings

• Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development
