What will I do as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse: Establish a compassionate environment Promote resident's independence Promote quality of care Resolve resident problems and needs Document resident care services Maintain a safe and clean working environment Maintains a coopenrative relationship among health care teams What is required as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse. Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. Must be 18 years of age or older. An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional.
