This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact, not just on a team, but on the lives of those we serve.If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse with hospice experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting both patients and clinicians, we’d love to meet you.This role will be based in our Huntley IL branch and we are offering a $7500 signing bonus to the successful candidate.Requirements & Responsibilities:Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required2+ years of supervisory or management experience requiredOversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each caseSupport clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solvingConduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality careManage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staffAssist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement effortsMust have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insuranceBenefits & Schedule:Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilitiesHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance401(k) with up to 4% company matchTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesPaid time off and paid holidaysThe starting salary range for this role is $100,000-$113,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
