What You'll Tackle

• Prepare, configure, and operate a range of production machinery to match specification sheets and schedules.
• Track performance indicators and product quality; tweak parameters to sustain optimal flow.
• Conduct routine care and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Champion safe work practices and maintain an organized, clean station.
• Capture production results and promptly communicate issues to your supervisor.
• Coordinate with peers to meet targets and deliver on deadlines.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• Proven background as a machine operator or comparable role in manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and a knack for practical, on-the-spot problem-solving.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and blueprints.
• High attention to detail with a strong quality orientation.
• Comfort working solo or within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work various shifts as needed.
