Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design, engineering calculations, specifications, and construction documents across diverse projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables from design through construction. Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and other disciplines to deliver integrated MEP solutions. Serve as a primary client contact, providing technical guidance and ensuring project success. Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Conduct field observations and support construction administration. Contribute to proposals, project pursuits, and business development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience; 8–10 years preferred, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience. Active Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong technical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
