We seek a bold and driven individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in moving others to life improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills. No experience in home sales is necessary. 

MonteVista Homes is an experienced new home builder and a leader in the Hermiston, Oregon market. Hermiston is in the Columbia Basin, one of the fastest-growing areas in the state and one of the best agricultural areas in the USA. The region is experiencing high job growth, with both Opportunity Zones and Enterprise zones attracting new business, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Amazon has also chosen the area as home for 30+ data centers.

Compensation- Competitive compensation package: $100,000 - $150,000 plus continuous training and personal development from multiple sources

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and lifestyle requirements.
• Showcase model homes and present available options, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
• Provide detailed information about floor plans, specifications, pricing, and available upgrades to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Coordinate and conduct property tours, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract details, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the construction team to provide updates and ensure timely delivery of homes, keeping clients informed throughout the building process.
• Stay current with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our homes in the market.
• Participate in sales events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to generate leads and promote our brand.
• Recover from failure.
• Close deals.

Qualifications:

• Strong hunter mindset.
• Able to follow a proven sales process.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and online sales tools.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence.
• The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is required.
