Environmental Compliance Field Supervisor

The City of Garland is seeking an Environmental Technician II to monitor industrial wastewater pretreatment compliance and supervise staff. You will conduct detailed inspections, communicate regulations to users, and prepare reports and enforcement actions as needed. This role partners with city departments to ensure environmental rules are followed, reviews permit applications, and may assist with program outreach and training.
